LAB VMARC

- BIN PAX - binaries for /usr/bin (including gnumake and rcs);
- REGINA PAZ - Student version of Regina package. This will end up in
the students' home directories as Regina.pax.Z when they 'download' it as
part of the lab;
- TEACHER PAZ - Working version of Regina. Place in my home directory
as Regina-Teacher.pax.Z (could I also have root privileges?).
