An Intranet Case Study

Abstract

The Internet and Intranets, in general, and the World Wide Web, in particular, continues to dominate the trade press, mass-media, conferences, and IT education courses. Given the amount of information, chicanery, and hype we are exposed to daily, there is a lot of confusion for CEOs, CIOs and EIEIOs. Behind the hyperbole, however, there are tools which, if used right, can enable an organisation to leverage its investment in IT and provide new facilities to support business decisions quickly and effectively.
